The Nevilles Sales Academy - May 2010

 

On 12th & 13th May Nevilles held their Sales Academy sessions in Harrogate and Elstree.

The sessions were run by Nevilles alongside Gavin Ingham, a leading Sales speaker who took us through his insight into Sales process and development.

Andrew Neville, MD of Nevilles also spoke about the development at Nevilles & how the company has developed its ‘Customer First’ view of growth.

We will look to run another Sales Academy Session, coinciding with the Hospitality Show in January 2011, Birmingham

The location was fabulous, the lunch very nice and the whole event was very professional and well run.
What came across well was the emphasis you put on our mutual partnership and shared interest in driving our sales forward. No hard sell, (not that we expected any), just a good sales training session and a chance to look at what motivates us and how to avoid the things that don’t!

"It was a really interesting and insightful look back on what we as sales people are doing on a daily basis.  We get so wrapped up in what we are doing that we forget to look at the bigger picture and go back to basics!  It was brilliant to be able to have this refreshed!

Within National Accounts I will be prospecting – looking for new ideas/products etc.  Being more pro-active than re-active will increase my sales.  Also being at 10 will be key for my.  It is hard to not get bogged down by daily issues and problems but I will def use these techniques.  I hope to use them all really!

With a more positive attitude, and getting more sales (by prospecting) then everyone should be happy with the results!
