We always aim to pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Check below for delivery conditions in your areas. For all other European and Rest of World destinations, please email international@nevilleuk.com for delivery times and cost.

*Please advise us of any special delivery requirements when placing your order. Where possible please provide a contact name and telephone number if delivering to a customer, this will assist the courier should they have difficulty in delivering the goods.

Following receipt of your order, confirmation of delivery will be forwarded to you.

Delivery times are usually between 8:00am – 5.30pm. Deliveries are expected up to 5.30pm but cannot always guaranteed. The delivery will need to be signed for. If no one is in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left to reschedule the delivery. Failed deliveries may be subject to a surcharge.

You can track your deliveries on our website. Click on your Nevilles order number within your order history, go to your order details and click on the tracking link. If you experience any problems or require any assistance, please contact the Customer Support team on 01322 443143.

For parcels exceeding 30kg in weight, our carriers will require assistance when delivering to your premises.

  • Specified morning (next day by 10am, next day by 12pm or Saturday) deliveries are not currently available.  

Click & Collect

Order and collect from our warehouse, it is that easy!

  • Add items to your basket and progress through to checkout. If all your items are available and are over £35 excluding VAT, the click & collect option will be offered.
  • Complete your order online. 
  • Please allow 2 hours after placing your order before collecting from our warehouse facility. Hours of operation are 9:00am-5.30pm.

Nevilles cannot deliver to an address that is not in the same Country as the Distributor invoice address

ROI Invoice address – Can only send to ROI delivery address.

NI Invoice address– Can send to NI and UK delivery address.

UK Invoice address– Cannot send to ROI or NI delivery address.
