Warranty Repairs

Our standard warranty offered on Hendi products is 1 year inclusive of parts and labour. This applies to all appliances (GB Mainland only) unless otherwise stated. Before arranging a repair, we recommend reading the user manuals and troubleshooting guides available here. Most faults are often resolvable onsite without the need for the product to leave the premises. When arranging a repair, we will collect and repair at our head office workshop. We aim to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently and return the repaired product to you promptly. Our team is fully qualified and trained to deliver high quality repairs on all Hendi appliances. To report a fault and arrange a repair please submit a completed Repair Request Form below. We will be in contact as soon as possible to help find a resolution for you.

Out of Warranty Repairs

If the warranty on your appliance has expired, we can quote you for a repair, simply submit a completed Repair Request Form below. A full briefing of the work required will be given prior to the repair being processed, completed and returned.
