Product Care:

Pour oil or shortening on the grill. Simply hold to hot grill and scour. Use moderate pressure, scrub back and forth to remove cooking residue. A cloth may be used over brick to provide protection. Clean charred pots and pans with left over pieces.Polyester Trays are stackable and designed with lugs to allow for greater air flow offering excellent drying times.

After use, be sure to clean with a damp towel to remove remaining particles, which could cause contamination.
