GenWare Cutting Boards help your kitchen to stay hygienic and remove possible cross contamination during food preparation. Made from high density polyethylene, the boards are tough, durable, non-absorbent, odourless, non-toxic and able to withstand the demands of any busy kitchen environment.
GenWare products are manufactured to provide the robustness and durability required for maximum performance in the hospitality and foodservice industry. We recommend for all of our products that are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs to remove any labels or packaging and to wash, rinse and dry before first use. Product Care: Polyethylene is used to produce our high and low density chopping boards. High density PE is tougher than low density and will keep a better, usable surface for longer, as it is more resistant to cutting. PE is not dishwasher safe as this may cause the product to warp. It has a safe temperature range from -40 to 95C approximately.
