We recommend for all of our products that are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs to remove any labels or packaging and to wash, rinse and dry before first use.

Care & Guidance:

• Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth after service
• For heavier soiling, use mild detergent in warm water on a damp cloth, then dry immediately
• Do not immerse in water, leave to soak, or place in a dishwasher, as this will damage the veneer and adhesive layers
• Not suitable as a chopping surface or for direct contact with hot pans or utensils
• Always use coasters or napkins to protect the surface from liquid marks and stains
• Avoid stacking trays with heavy items inside them, which may cause warping
• To prolong lifespan, condition the surface periodically with a food-safe mineral oil
• Inspect trays regularly for signs of damage
• Store flat in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and heat sources
• Do no expose to excessive humidity or fluctuating temperatures, as this may cause delamination or warping
