Bonna products are manufactured to provide the robustness and durability required for maximum performance in the hospitality and foodservice industry. We recommend for all Bonna products that are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs to remove any labels or packaging and to wash, rinse and dry before first use.
Product Care:
- You can safely use Bonna porcelain products in ovens, microwaves and freezers
- It is not advised to move porcelain from a hot oven to a freezer or vice versa because porcelain is a hard but delicate substance that can break with sudden changes in temperature
- You should not put porcelain on an open fire unless it is designed for that purpose
- In the case of black marks on the porcelain surface caused by metal cutlery, an appropriate steel cleaner or vinegar can be used to remove the marks
- Caution is advised not to rub metal hardware with porcelain while washing by hand or in a dishwasher
- You should not use metal scourers or scrub sponges when washing porcelain surfaces
