Samples can only be ordered online. You'll need a login to access the samples order page, once logged in you'll see the sample button to place the order.
Samples are available on many of our products but not all. To check to see if the item you are requesting is available go to the product page and located under the price, you will see symbols and if there is a black box with the word sample and an X, this isn't available. (*) When placing a sample order these items will NOT add into the basket and a message saying INVALID CODE will pop up. Items that are being discontinued are also not available as samples.
We do not keep sample orders on back order, any out-of-stock items requested will be removed and will need to be re-ordered once back in stock.
